Buy a product that does that already. There is a ton of code involved.

You don't have enough access to the computers on a network, unless each is running special service spying on the activity of the system.

Solution 1

I've used SpiceWorks[^] before for network monitoring. Its free, but supported by ads on the console. From there, it'll scan the whole network and provide reports of what's going on.
