Export SQL Server result to Excel file format in SQL SERVER 2012

Hi all my scenario is about exporting my store procedure resulting data to Excel file format without manually creating column name and excel file.After execution of the store procedure only the excel file has to be created in D:\\ and columns should as same as the result set from store procedure.Everything should be done only from SQL SERVER 2012.
