How do I optimize my website for mobile?

While the site is responsive on desktop, the loading time is pretty high for mobile devices. Can anyone help me ? Should I make it dynamic or Responsive?

Solution 1

Make it responsive with a with a own css for mobile. It makes also sense to use other or smaller graphic resolution for the images. With Googles Chrome you can debug the website and its loading performance.
