Hello,
I Uploaded Windows 10 and now I cannot open my VS2008 projects, it says XX.csproj(308,11) the imported project "C\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\Microsoft.CompactFramework.Cshape.targets" was not found. I checked my Windows directory and the files are there.
What can I do?
Thanks

It's not "uploaded". It's "upgraded to Windows 10".

Ok, any recommendations?

Reinstall .Net 3.5. Reinstall VS 2008.

Beyond that, I have no idea as I haven't upgraded to Windows 10 yet and I'm running VS 2010, 2012 and 2013 on various machines.

Sorted it out by reinstalling .NET compact Framework.

Please install .NET frame work 3.5 because windows 10 comes with .NET frame work 4+ version pre-installed

When upgrading Win 10, they forgot to move those files. You will find them in Windows.old\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5 folder. Just copy over missing files and you should be good, no need to reinstall Framework.
