Resize Datagridview according to the values

I have a datagridview inside a panel and i am populating the data now i want to show when less data is there DGV should be resized for less data and for large data also.

check the image below

I dont want to show the below part of the grid.

Solution 1

The properties Dock, Anchor, Padding and Margin are your friends here. They are designed to make almost all resizing-by-hand worthless
