How to rotate News Photos one by one just like in Yahoo.com?

Hello, myself Jeevan Kumar from Delhi. I am new to asp.net. Please let me know how to slide a group of photos in my website as newsfeeds just like in yahoo.com
I tried using ad-rotator in my website. But it is sliding one by one but cannot handle the pics to move on by clicking on next button or on headline. Please help me.

use jquery plugins for that...
