Why do such mundane things trouble one?

There are a number of SPAM answers that only the privileged few can actually see. Unfortunately, these do show up in the counts. It is on our list, but low priority.

Hi there,
I have an article.
How to Access Private S3 Objects with AWS Cognito[^]
I have 8 times 5 star, 1 time 1 star. ( I do not know who put 1 star!)
Why is my average 3 ?
I think the avg should be 4.55 ?
What is the problem ?
What do I not see ?
Thanks and Regards

yesterday night I left my browser open with some tabs of C# related sites and one of the tabs was on your site. I went to sleep and when i woke up at 8.30 I had mail which said I created an account at 7 am, while i was sleeping.
I don't know how your site got my information, and how it created an account with my name, maybe grabbing google account info. I'd like to know something about how this could happen.

Did you click on the Continue with Google. This will create an account on our site that will allow you to use Google to logon.

The most likely is that some spammer tried to use your email address to create an account on the site. This may indicate that your PC or an account on another site has been compromised.
If I were you, I would be checking my system and check on haveibeenpwnd.com to see if your email or password have been compromised.
Edited to fix url.

Matt, mind the spelling : haveibeenpwnd.com without 'a'. The one with 'a' redirects on an email harvesting website , which, I reckon, is quite a nice move from their creator, were it not for the obviously malicious intention.

For me the results for charles henington and others are very strange.
Also 2 of the top 3 for the last 24 hours have much more points for the last 24 hours than for Last Month complete!

For some reason the author got a LARGE number or Rep events for bookmarks to a Tip, despite the Tip only having 2 bookmarks. We will look into this.

Could you please look into my latest blog as well. I have an unwarranted number of bookmarks that occurred around the same time. I know Typescript arrays are useful, but I didn't think they were that interesting for many people.

It would be nice if I could write "Cheers!" and add a beer stein emoji (like the one in the voting emoji list).
I know, this is such a small ridiculous request, but I think the emoji list could use a new version upgraded some day.
Cheers! << insert your favorite beer >>

It would still be nice to see it listed among others. It would be nice to see a new upgrade with many more selections.
Silly request I have here, I know, but still.

There's only so much room for emojis, and it's at the point where Unicode is essentially making the issue moot anyway.
I think a better service would be to have a search bar at the top and it filters down the Unicode chars that best suit your needs. That way your could get double your money 🍻
cheers

Who is responsible for Straw Polls?
Would it be possible to create one where the users can vote which kind of articles / tips they prefer?

I posted that reply to a message someone asked me about Krita. Without that missing message, my reply seems like I'm talking to myself there. Usually we see atleast a blank message titled "Message Deleted or Closed" for deleted messages.

I think the "Message Deleted or Closed" for deleted messages appears only if the member has not much reputation points.
So the best you could do is to delete your own reply.

I can see all those messages, and I can't see anything as a parent message for his.
