this usually happens on our 2nd oldest server after a code update. It's old, ceaky, needs RAM and is about to be retired.
Ignore it's grumpy old ramblings.

I'd like to see something similar for CP.
And of particular interest to me as an author here is if you could determine if at least 90% or more of visitors are on resolutions 1024 or wider. If so you could change the max allowed width of articles/screenshots from 800 (600 actually because of the side banners) to 1024. I think that would certainly make it easier for authors as well as readers.

I'll grab our analytics and put something together. Generally the stats will be the same except SO has a much higher number of visitors coming from search engines rather than from links from other sites or direct visits.
Oh, and our members are more attractive. At least I think that's what I read when I last checked the stats.

I have posted a tip where in code block I had striked some text. I was fine at that time.
But today I found that strike is not working in my tip's code block. I checked revisions, it shows strikes.

Strike isn't supported - not much HTML is supported in the code blocks.
My question is: why do you have that text struck out?

No problems with that.
Actually user has to replace the user name, so I struck out that part. It was working before. I was surprised to see it not working and thought to report it.

I've used strike tags in my code snippets a few times. It's useful when you show some code, and then want to show how to modify the original code to do something. So you strike off the original lines that you change and show the new code below it. Also useful when showing how to change auto-generated code to do something useful.

I've added the STRIKE tag to the list of tags that can be used in colourised code blocks.

The links at the top of the page (Ask a Question, All Questions, My Post, etc) get lost visually at the top of the screen. The user's focus is on the questions, and it takes too long to visually locate the links. I think (and this is just my opinion) they would be more visible if you made them equal-sized buttons.

I'm trying to remove clutter and I agree that those should probably not be something that get cleaned up into the background. I'll tweak.

Chris,
There are a few areas in the site, where functionality and features are a bit jumbled and mixed up.
At present you have the Green menu bar, what I was thinking was having a second one (lighter green) that is context relevant to the things you are looking at, and appears below the main green one e.g.
For Articles section, you could have ask a question, layout (Fluid/Fixed), bookmark, report, print etc.
For Question section, submit, edit, report etc.
For membership, Different setting sections etc, password change.
