On the first try it would say the message could not be posted, on further tries it would say the message was already posted, but it never shows up. I posted a thread on that in the Suggestions forum, and that showed up for a while, and then vanished after 5 minutes. I made a reply above just a few minutes ago and that seems to have posted fine so whatever the issue was, it seems to be working alright now. The author of the article states that he found the code on the web, but cannot remember where, or who the original author was. I know that I would be dischuffed if someone posted some of my code, without asking and I am therefore a little uncertain as to how to vote. The author has been open and immediately upfront about wanting to know the code's source, so I'm going to take a wait-and-see approach and hope that someone, somewhere will be able to shed some light on the code. My filtered Category is "MFC/C++" and there are quite few of them nowadays. But I noticed that some new C++ articles don't show on the home page (a WTL article last week and today Starting with SQLite in C++[^]). At the same time older C++ articles are still showing. Just wondering if this is normal or if I should set something in my profile to have a wider Category of articles ? I would just like to see all C/C++ articles. Just wanted to tell you about that.
