I was searching for 'Todolist' in the Article Search. I had a typo and typed 'todolsit' and it says 'No results found'. I was just wondering, if the Search Engine could be enhanced like Google indicating 'Did you mean todolist?'. Wouldn't that be more friendly?

That would really enhance the search engine. We understand that currently search engine is under a strong observation by your team for performance reasons as the top sticky post reads. Anyway, the current speed of the search seems to have really improved a lot.

I frequently wish to intersperse several small snippets of qouotes into my replies for context. Used to be it was easy enough to hit the Quote button, then copy & paste the quote to where you wanted it in your reply (since it appears to always want to force it to the top of the message).
Unfortunately, now when you copy, it pastes it back as HTML encoded. It's excessively tedious to manually edit the quote to replace all the encoded stuff with unencoded brackets.
I'm sure there's a reason for this, but perhaps there's a reasonable solution?

Uncheck the "Auto-encode HTML when pasting?" checkbox.
It is done this way because of the number of problems caused when people pasted code (especially HTML and XML) into messages.

Now, I know that I got a vote for my[^] answer in this thread - and yet it's gone. That's not really a problem for me, but is there a way for people to remove votes? If so, then that's great news - there've been a couple of times when I've voted for something then thought better of it later on.

I've seen that too. In the past, "univoter" strikes were dealt with by resetting votes on a set of messages en masse, but this seems to be more targeted. Not sure if certain users votes are being removed based on abuse or trend analysis, but there certainly seems to be a means of doing so somewhere...

It certainly does - in this case, the vote was a 5 and it was a led Mike vote (I suspect). I hope he's not being vote blacklisted because I like led Mike. It would be good though if I could reset a vote I'd made if I thought it was a mistake.

There is no way for a non-admin to remove votes.
If a member is abusing the voting system then their votes may, on occasion, be removed.

It's clear that he believes he has found a vulnerability in the membership process that allows him to use Soapbox not as it was intended but as his private dumping ground. I have no idea how hard it would be to implement banning by IP, but until something like that happens he does pretty much as he pleases.
Dropping Soapbox won't help, IMHO, since he'd simply transfer his scurrilous posts, including those where he sings the praises of drugs to 13 year olds, to the lounge. Besides, since you asked Soapbox denizens to behave with more respect towards each other, 99% of the posts -- other than Heinze's -- have been heated, but not savage.

CSS does not possess the ability or desire to take a hint, and so long as he's able to garner replies somewhere this won't end unless he obtains at least a modicum of interest in improving his reputation here. DP knows this at least as well as anyone...
