all have been posted in the future.

I just notice this myself. I believe it a UTC thing. I'm -5:00 UTC on Dec 16, 1:40 PM. I just saw some message posted 4:20 AM, Dec 17. I suspect the server's local time is +4:00.
Where are the sertvers located? Australia is +10: Current Local Time in Australia[^]

I'm aware there's a time difference, but its (or was, im not sure) 13 hours ahead!

13 hours ahead (+13:00)? Or is this a diffrence?
+4:00 is Asia/Aqtau Time Zone. It sounds like somethig is hosed up.

Yes, +13:00.
I'm in the UK, so it should be what? -5:00, maybe -6:00 (though i think it shows the correct time for your timezone on posts now, havn't really checked)
But as you can see, it said the forums had new posts since 3:40AM sunday, when the current time was 2:00 PM saturday. Its a little messed up. Not a top priority for sure, the forums in bold actually did have new posts in them, and they still do.
My current favourite word is: Bauble!

Hi,
For me (Belgium, GMT+1) lots of datetimes are clearly wrong (around 18 hours ahead).
It is a minor bug assuming it only goes wrong while displaying datetimes.
It would lead to major confusion if wrong message datetimes got stored in the database
and later some attempt to fix those got applied; chronology of the forums would suffer.
I did signal it in "suggestions and bugs" immediately after the earth quake, but have
not seen any change since.

How does one run the programs that you download here if the key file is password protected? When loading the programs in the 2008 IDE I get error messages from the key files. ?????????

How does this query get qualified to be posted under 'Suggestions/Bug Reports' forum? Shouldn't this be posted under Visual Studio or .NET forum instead?

Just a quick note to let you know that whilst CP now appears to remember who I am it never remembers my selection of preferred area; i.e. it always starts at 'All Topics' even though I prefer it to start at 'ASP.Net'.

Would it be possible to give members read-only access to the bug list? - to eliminate repeated reports of same bug. Like, for example, what happened to the Visual Studio forum?

It's a good idea but the problem is we don't have a simple list that we can sort into "Useful for members" and "esoteric descriptions that are necessary for us to understand but would make no sense to others without a lot of explanation".
If we had a bit more time up our sleeve I would do this in a flash, but with the Christmas break coming up we're all spending every second we can in nuking the bugs as fast as possible.
I am trying to keep the list on the lounge reasonably up to date for everything that's major.

I haven't really seen this anywhere on the site, so either I'm not looking in the right palce or it doesn't exist.
So how about adding a link (maybe somewhere on the top right, near "My Bookmarks" that loads a page with a list of all the articles I've submitted messages on? It would be an easy way to keep track of where I've been and which articles I'm responding to.
I realise I could probably bookmark each and every one of them, but this would remove the manual labour ...
Just a thought.

It seems I am no longer receiving any email notifications when messages are posted to my articles (as of about Dec 10). I've checked my CodeProject settings, my bulk/spam folder, etc ... can't find anything wrong.
Can someone please look into this?

The link tag for messages in the RSS Feed has a relative path instead of an absolute path (/script/Forums/View.aspx?fid=1159&msg=2356754 instead of http://www.codeproject.com/script/Forums/View.aspx?fid=1159&msg=2356754) . This means that my offline RSS reader renders the link as file:///C:/script/Forums/View.aspx?fid=1159&msg=2356100.
Prior to the site upgrade these links were absolute so the RSS reader had no problems opening the relevant message.

Would you please add a second set of [first, previous, next] links below the search results on the article search page.
Would you also add an option to only search articles from a specific section to increase the accuracy of the results.
