Oh! Do pay attention!

.NET has redacted a lot of legacy Win32 and other functionality that still has a place in industry. I think an interop category is highly appropriate given that this is where .NET, COM, and C, C++ folks get together. It would also be very good to see the various aspects that are missing from .NET that others have encountered and are solving with the good ole Win32 or COM hammers.

The post preview doesn't appear to work anymore. It actually post the message without giving you the chance to edit it as before.
Also, is it just me or is the site getting really slow lately? I guess thats a good thing means more people are using it. As much as i use this site for its great information i'm highly considering sending a contribution. Anyway thanks for the great site. Keep up the good work

No matter from where i log in (whichever forum or article) CP always takes me to the Home page after that not to the page that i was browing, i admit that the home page is real snazzy but it would be nice if after login CP would take me where i was

I saw some other forums have the function for jumping to Page N.
If CP forums have such similar tool (for example, a dropdown list control, or a spin control), it would be even easier to search an old post.

Then why study.. why work on VC++ and stuffs... just create things... but dont use the technique / tool / technology that anyone has used before, because they are just 'past'

just add "&fr=xxx" to the url of the forum, where xxx is the message # to start from
e.g. if you view 25 msgs per page then "&fr=201" would be page 5

Some forums have tens of thousands of pages. The code for the drop-down list box would take a minute just to load.

Wondering if a Flash ActionScript Web Programming category will ever be added to the line up?
I use it alot to query ASP/.NET/PHP to SQL2000/mySQL via XML and would like to see if there are any other seasoned Programmers out there doing anything simlar. I realize alot of "Flash Developers" can range from graphical people to programmers which is why it often gets shunned.
Thanks,
Mark
