Whenever you have multi-choice poll and you go to the results page you see how many people voted which choice. It would be nice to have an indication which options you just checked (the page before).

No.
Your email is private and will not be shown or sent to anyone (unless you post a message containing an atsign followed by a valid username - in that case the user is sent an email to say they have been mentioned, and that includes your email address).
When you post an article, all anyone (including moderators) will see is your username and any other public information.
