There have been far far worse posts directly and intentionally abusing "races" but only mine, which is racist only by stretching the imagination, is reported? Why, 'cause I am an Indian ?!

Well report them then, nothing stopping you, I'd applaud you for it. I understand the reasons why there is some anti-Indian sentement here , but I also think such sentement is getting out of hand.

I cannot help myself, and if any are particularly cruel and hurtful, then I feel my time has been well spent.

I hate to argue with the throne, but he is backtracking, the statement he orignally made is:
"You are the Arab equivalent of knowledge, you hardly came up with anything original and just propagated what you came across".
If he'd said that about Australians would you still be proud?

He is wrong BTW, the Arabs under the early Caliphates made huge advances in Sciences (especially the "hard" sciences, while we brits were still pretty much painting our backsides blue, but thats not my point.

That comment wasn't directed at you, and I do appreciate being made aware of issues.

The comment (and my lack of coffee will hopefully excuse my grumpiness) is that there has been a trend in the last few days to have big long "did too!", "did not!" discussions in this forum and the lounge and it's driving me nuts.

When a member does not have any articles, the page that lists articles for that member looks a little barren. For one, there is an empty set of parentheses after the member alias. Also, it might be useful to have some text in the rest of the page that says "the member has not written any articles" or something like that.

These are going to be a little pedantic, so feel free to ignore them...

Two of the list items under "The Rules" don't have a period at the end of the sentence. Might as well be consistent. Smile | :)

Also, who qualifies as an "international winner"? Non-Australians? Non-Canadians? Or, will the prizes be shipped directly from Trossen Robotics (US?)?

Rules state:
By entering the contest you agree to the rules, conditions of entry, and agree that your name, member profile information, article, code and any other submitted material can be used for promotional purposes by The Code Project.

Do you really need the name of the winner to be used in promotions? Just thought I'd mention that, since some people value their anonymity. If you mean member alias, that makes more sense.
