It happened with me(yesterday) too on FF3.6 but inconsistent! I thought/assumed some recent CSS change maybe and so wanted to give it sometime 
Cntrl+F5 doesn't help once the page is distorted. After sometime, when I navigated to the same page again, it opened up correctly by itself.

It would be handy if we had a way to propose that an article be recategorized as a tip/trick, and if enough people do propose it, it automatically gets recategorized/moved as appropriate.
The article's author should also get an email stating that the (initial) proposal has been made, and he should be given the opportunity to approve the change before its done for him by other users.

As much I remember, this was discussed earlier and there is a feature in TO-DO list to convert an article into a tip/trick.

This could be accomplished by using the Report functionality. As soon as an item is reported it will no longer be available to be moderated. We could then review and convert it to an article, then send it back to the moderation queue as an article.
Would that work?

I can get mine to do that on demand, all i need to do is shrink the browser window until it starts happening!

When I edit a question in Q/A the Code Block is not formatted correctly; sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I am using FF v3.6.13.

It works all the time. Looks like you missed this checkbox that read:"Ignore HTML in text (good for code snippets)"
If this is checked then the PRE tags are ignored. Try next time - for now, I have corrected it for the reported question.

I think that happens sometimes because when you click "Improve Question" the checkbox to ignore HTML automatically gets checked. At least, I think something like that happens. It's a little confusing.

Here are the steps to reproduce what I stated earlier:
1) I login to CodeProject
2) I click on Question and Answers and select "View Unanswered Questions"
3) The View Unanswered Questions screen has a button "My Posts". I click that.
4) There are two tabs on the screen that show up after click My Posts button.
5) The first tab "Questions" show questions that I asked.
In those questions the voting is not getting calculated.
Please let me know if it is still unclear.

This was what is unclear to me. Your steps simply took me to the questions asked by you (which I can also go via your profile, here[^])
Now, I see you have asked 5 questions and none of them were voted up/down. So no votes.
Votes box would show any number if the 'question' was voted up or down. It would not count the answers if they were voted.

The vote is counted but for the answerer. The answerer answers the question so the points (high or low) from the votes for the answer is given to him/her. And that's how it should work. Isn't it?
