This thread in the lounge http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/3969124/Errrmmmmm.aspx[^] made me sad. I want to see Bob's outfit too!
That led to a wider thought - Bob's had multiple outfits for various national days, Easter, and so on. I thought it would be nifty if clicking on the bob pic went to a page with all the various Bobs.

Happy to oblige: Tour de France Bob[^] rather fetching in his yellow jersey, despite what I said!
I like the idea of a Bob gallery.

It seems that post count from forums has been removed. Was it intentional? If yes, then please find another place for refresh link too.

Allegedly the post count had to be removed because Chris got some new hamsters and they're still finding sums are hard.

Just to say "Good idea" to the sticking plasters - I assume that means bug fixed - nice!

And the question mark means I can't replicate - which is my segue into asking you if you had issues with the Lounge in Chrome yesterday? The test page I sent you seemed to work fine, yet when I released that code someone else complained of issues. I've disabled for Chrome for now, but if you found it was actually fine it may simply be a caching issue.

I hadn't reported results yet, becasue I wanted to give it a good long test - but then I hadn't noticed it was gone until I saw your message.
Initially, I had some problems - but different from last time, and a PC Reboot fixed them. So, I assumed that the old and the new code were fighting it out and that had caused the hassles.
Since then, I hadn't had a problem - except blue flashes occasionally when switching to Outlook and passing the mouse over message titles, and a slowness when the page initially loaded (it could take a second or two before messages would expand when the title was clicked). Other than that, the fix was looking pretty solid for me. No signs of lockup at all.

I'd have gone with a boot directly above the bug.

Well it was... i got about 3 clicks on the next and its gone again.
Maybe you were just teasing though. I'm going to watch telly instead. CSI Miami has just started. (just got to love the crap ui's / 'enhance' / massive databse instant searches etc etc.) Maybe they will ask a question on CP Q&A one day

You're too quick. I've just had to turn it off again due to a spike in traffic due to our latest Web Developer newsletter. Give it a couple of hours and it'll be back.
[Edit: it looks like it's just a single server that's suffering. I may be able to simply shut it off and turn the dial back up to 11...]

Where the refresh button is used to have the 'Number of messages' figure.
I have looked everywhere, down the back of the sofa, in the Man Drawer, in that little pot in the kitchen where all the weird things go, and nothing.
They are not to be found.
Have you put them somewhere safe?
