I've run into the same issue, and have even had a couple of site members (rightly) downvoting the incoming non-programming articles because, well, they don't have anything to do with code.
An example of one that came in from my blog:
http://theycallmemrjames.blogspot.ca/2011/01/got-my-phonesamsung-focus.html[^]
Just a note, too. A whole bunch of these came in all at once after a site update some time ago. Most of the posts were 6+ months old and just appeared one day.

Yeah, it's really annoying, as I don´t like to see my posts that have nothing to do with programming (they even are written in non-english) published here. People complain about them, downvote them, and report them as if I was intentionally publishing it. I totally understand it, but don't like it.
The worst part is that I cannot even delete them. The systems says "article successfully deleted", but it's still there...
ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated !!!!

Hi Inaki Ayucar,
I sent you an email on Friday, but I'm starting to think it got lost in the ether. There's some blogspot issues I've been testing with another user. Would you be willing to try something out? Please fire me an email at sean[at]codeproject.com and we can get this sorted.
Thanks,
Sean Ewington

Chris,
As I have explained over email for a particular article, when I sent a zip file to webmaster@, it bounces back. How do we then communicate file attachments in confidence to you?

How big are the files?
Do you actually need to send me anything? Not sure what you're asking me to do.

Chris,
There is an elegant cryptography wrapper article called 'XCrypt' over here (XCrypt - encryption & decryption class wrapper[^]) but unfortunately the original author of the article has left the same unattended for several years.
Is there a way, CodeProject can adopt it? In fact I have been suggesting this for many people and a good number of people have been benefited by the same. A few of them have raised suspicions because of the article update date. I think, it is our community responsibility to make the article conquer its due credits and the author needs to be recognized even if they are not active. Of late, I could see one article called 'BlakeSharp' and in my view, this can be one of the algorithms which could be piggybacked onto XCrypt itself.

On the left of each article is a link "Add you own alternative". Click this to post your own, updated version.
We're working on an improvement to this system to make it even easier.

If you are brought to a Lounge discussion from a link, the page navigation takes you to page 1 instead of, you know, the next page. To replicate, click the link below, then try to go to the previous page (e.g. to continue reading on a thread), and you should land at page 1.

I seem to be getting a fair number of "We have tried to add your answer 3 times without success. Our servers are just a little overworked. Sorry." when posting QA solutions, but if I check then it has posted successfully - there doesn't seem to be that many people on the site (42K, but I've seen more).
I'll try to check if it is any particular server - the last one was web02, but I hadn't checked for the preceeding 5 or so.

I had the same issue earlier today; will check if it's still happening.
One of these days I'm going to think of a really clever signature.

They seem to be playing up all over the site. There's one in your title that shouldn't be there for instance.
