Chatting is very useful option to interact with other developers and communication will be improved so add chat option

I disagree, chat rooms are not productive since they are not focused. If you have 100 developers in a chat room you will have a problem getting a word in edge wise. On top of that, this site's core principle is to share knowledge, and nobody is going to go read through chat scripts.
Sharing knowledge does very well through the use of the forums, quick answers, and articles section, I really don't think that having a "chat" is going to make the site any better (probably quite the opposite). Chats typically turn into a tit-for-tat exchange that hogs the chat while 2 people sort out personal issues. I've never seen a technical "chat" that was effective.

We've discussed this issue a few times. Unfortunately, no one has ever come up with a case where a chat is a better option. The point of the forums is for experts to be able to drop in and enrich answers with their collective experience. Real time chat doesn't support that model - you'd have to be very lucky to have the people you need just happening to wander on by the chat room at just the right time.

On opera 12.15 (fedora linux x86_64) loading any forum page pops up an error "Undefined is undefined". And clicking on any message refreshes the entire page instead of showing the message.
Same also on Firefox, but I didn't find the error.

Still I get random errors!
Edit:
No more... A cache refresh set every thing right!

The title says it all, really.
The last article I wrote related to a project of roughly 100MB, but understand the current limit for "source code" to be 4MB. This meant I wrote the article on here, and hosted the project files on CodePlex. It's fine really, but downloads don't register on this site & I suspect users would rather not be thrown to an external site to download the files.
I've just finished a rather funky Windows Phone app and was thinking about open-sourcing it & writing an article along the lines of "Developing an app for WP8, from concept to certification" but looking at my project size it's 200MB+.
Of course these large sizes are down to graphical assets, large open source libraries and so-on but this would seem to be normal for my projects. Getting any decent .NET-like project with a number of graphical assets is always going to be comfortably >4MB.
I acknowledge there is a real world cost involved in any storage increase. I also understand that I could include code snippets rather than a whole project dump, but most of the time I think I'd rather offer something another dev can just open up and run.
What do people think?
Do other article writers find this an issue?
Is it common to just store half the content externally?

100Mb is big. Really, really big. Currently we discourage such a large size because there are very, very few cases were such a size is warranted (outside of, as you say, graphics intensive resources). Typically for an article that's being provided to teach or to give you a component or framework, any large videos or images can be replaces with far smaller placeholders. Large downloads mean large bandwidth costs and can affect site performance.
However, we will be opening this up very soon.

I am partially agree. In my case, most of the time i am on computer while working on codeproject. So why should i look into my mobile for any update ? CP provides email notification so by that way you will come to know for any update in your thread
Thanks

If you want to post images, the normal way to do this is to host your images on one of the many free image hosting sites, and provide a link to it there.

You can not do it by yourself. You have done the right thing (to post it here). When CP-Admins have time, they will delete the account.
