You've posted the tip in the Mentor Resources section that's meant to provide tips for new authors.
I'd suggest choosing a different section. Actually we probably need a new section. Suggestions?

When I'm moderating articles on my tablet, I like to zoom in to the "approve/report" button - to make it easier to select the right option from the list with my fat fingers.
But when I do, and the top of the "should this article be published?" boxout hits the top of the screen, the advert on the right side of the screen "floats" across the screen, and gets in the way.
This might show you what I mean:

That's in "full site" view, Lollipop 5.0.2, Chrome 40.0.2214.89, Javascript version 3.30.33.15
Doesn't seem to happen in "regular" chrome on Windows.

The timing of this bug is actually stunning in it's elegance and inappropriateness, but unfortunately a database change last night is causing an issue with sigs. Not intentional and I'll get them back in an hour or so.

Once again I wish to register my umbrage that a QA thread I took the time to compose a reply to including links has been offed: [^].
I note that one of the three voters to kill the thread has a very low rep on CP.
If I look at a thread and see that anyone (let alone an MVP) has given a thoughtful response, I will abstain from reporting it as not-a-question, since, so often, what is opaque to me is, evidently, transparent to others. Perhaps this is foolishness ?

imho, the "right thing" to have done with a question and response like this would have been to relocate it to the Adobe Forum.

I can ensure you that when I reported that question as 'unclear or incomplete' your answer wasn't there!
I also remember to commenting to look for Blend for Visual Studio...However it didn't made the question more clear to me...

The question is absolutely clear to me. He's asking if a UI drawn in a glorified paint program like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop can be turned into a real, active UI and how to do it. I would have given a different and snarky (and apparently incorrect) answer to the question than Bill did. Bill's answer was enlightening to me as I didn't know that there was software like that available...
So, it would have been better to have asked for clarification and then upon reply you could have then decided what to do...

I can understand your frustration, but the trigger was not the "low rep" member (in this instance I feel attacked as I'm also a low rep). If same happens, and e.g. another high rep member was the third....where is the difference?

I certainly never assume that anyone is not very intelligent, and thoughtful, because they have a low-rep on CodeProject ! And, I don't assume the reverse either 
However, reputation is the one metric of possible involvement in CP, and understanding the "rules of the road, here, that we have available. There is a whole set of privileges that come with increasing rep in various categories, so there's nothing new there. While anyone can report a message/question, etc., as spam or abuse, I question the idea that someone very new to the site, with minimum involvement, should be able to participate in removing a thread on technical grounds.Bruno Sprecher wrote: in this instance I feel attacked as I'm also a low rep

First of all, thank you very much for such a detailed reply for this topic.
"...this reactivity is something you will have to work out in...": Very well observed! I'm working on it. Strange, this behaviour I developed here on CP, no idea why sometimes(?) comments here triggers me here that much. Maybe because I feel decried because I'm a low rep member....
But coming back to your subject:
In case the thrid member was a >100k member, it remains the same and the Trigger was not the low rep member.

I hate "On your face" ads in the website.But I really apreciate how the ads are being done in CP . Its a win-win for the site and members like me. I know site have a strict policy of what Kind of ads to be displayed.
My only suggestion or question is if there is a chance for some ads based on the country member has logged in.
For eg, Vodaphone or Nissan or trainings ads of Germany ( country I login from)instead of USA?

Ok, Let me rephrase it. I access CP most of the time from my Office network. So IP address or local location may change as we use Proxy .
So it would be a wonderful idea if there is a checkbox to indicate where you are located and ads from that area is given priority instead based on the IP address (proxy or not).
