Yes yes you are right. But I think this is a minor bug here

Yes, but CP follows the MS approach of testing (sometimes, I guess)

... or the "Red Points" notifications do not show up when you hover on the points for the first time (after a page load)? Only a blank div shows up with no data. They show up on hover afterwards, though.
I am using Google Chrome latest version.
You have just been Sharapova'd.

Agent__007 wrote: or the "Red Points" notifications I might be alone here but what are "red points?" Are you referring to the white font, red background for the number of notifications that shows just to the left of your username at the top of the page?
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Yep! I have no idea why I am referring them like that, I heard the term "Red Points" here earlier so thought that's already known here.
But did you see what I meant by this question? Are they working for you after initial page load (on Chrome)?

Hovering works fine for me. What doesn't work is when I click on "View All Notifications" in the popup div, the Membership/MyNotifications.aspx page loads but says "You have no notifications." even though I have almost 20,000. My guess is it times out.

Yes, that doesn't work for me either.RyanDev wrote: I have almost 20,000 Nice! I am on 814 and hope to catch up with you soon...

You can do it yourself, if you want.
Hover the mouse over your username at the top of the page, and select "My Settings" from the dropdown that appears.
On the right hand side of the page (under your avatar picture, if any) is a checkbox "Close my account"
Tick this, and press the "Save my Settings" button at the bottom of the page.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Hi..
It is my humble request for adding one features that should allow to drag down the image to site when asking question (just like drag it and paste it)...

|

Its not good idea and has been mentioned before. There is no way we can moderate all the questions if the people starting posting offensive images.
cheers,

are abuse of the forum. The occasional one may be OK, but flooding the Lounge with them is going too far.
Just my opinion. I haven't flagged any as abuse but feel more tempted each day.

+1 on this one. They were funny when they were limited, and some classic like MQOTD is often the reason I visti the lounge anyway, but they are way too many now.

Why? That is what the lounge is for. If you don't like them you can just ignore them. And if you want to start a different thread you are welcome to do so.

Why are they abuse? The Lounge is a democratic place (supposedly) where people are free to post anything that is within the rules. The OTD posts generally don't violate those rules.

Hmmm. That is interesting.

Although, I completely agree with you, this is not a Bugs & Sugs item. Soapbox, perhaps.

Really? Who are you to decide that? If you don't like it, ignore it. Simple. I can't bear pompous bullies like you who think they can tell everyone else what they can and can't do.
