If any one help me. I am plan to design new printer driver. How to did high speed Inkjet printer driver. What is the procedure. Always we are using.prn ripped file. Which language is better.

Printer drivers are usually written by the manufacturer, if you are asking how to do it here then you really should not be writing one since it requires high levels of expertise.

This kind of activity is usually carried by team of full seasoned programmers. The fact that you ask the question this way is a good indication that you don't have the skills.

A driver is not like common apps, they are special apps. Building a printer driver require deep knowledge of windows internals, it is almost a specialized job.
Most seasoned programmers will never write a printer driver is their life.

there is no way to teach it to you in the space of this page.
