I really don't know how to do it & its requirements..
Is their any one who can able give any idea or direction to me..

First thing you need is to decide which biometric device you plan to use. Once you have that then you need to decide where it will be placed and how it will connect with your application. But beyond that it is impossible to make any useful suggestions.

This task would be more than an MVC Application running on the web server; and would require investments in every clients architecture:

1. Client machines would need the biometric sensor and related drivers.
2. Web page would need access to that sensor
2A: Most likely would need to be Internet Explorer using ActiveX
