How can I add crystal report in client computer

Hi Every one
I deployed my first Application on Client Computer All Working fine and database connection is also created correctly but when i want to generate customer Bill/report error message show
please help me how can i remove this error thanks.
error message is fallowing
"
Failed To Open The Connection
Details : [Database vendor code :17]
"
I'm waiting your response Thanks in Advance
window 8.1 using on client computer

yes i very the database connection . my application save and retrive data from database .

Did you install the Crystal Reports Runtime on the client machine, specifically, the version you built your app against?

yes i install crystal report but i don't know its runtime version or not.
please you tell me how can i download runtime crystal report.
i'm using latest version of crystal report that sport visual studio 2017
