I have 2 year experience in .net field and I wnatwto to build a planning poker website. I don't have any clarity on Architecture part to build the website for planning poker.please suggest some idea.

What I have tried:

I don't have much experience so I have not tried much.

To be honest, if you don't have any relevant experience - and you don't - then I would very strongly recommend that you employ a professional who does have the experience, and maybe learn some of it from him as he builds it for you.

The main reason for this is very, very simple: money. You will be dealing with real money, real bank accounts, real credit cards. And that means that you have to know exactly what you are doing as far as security goes - as well as legally - or you are going to be liable for every dollar of fraud that occurs. And a gambling site is always going to be two things:
1) A site of interest for law enforcement as rigged gambling is a well known method of money laundering.
2) A target for criminals ... who do know exactly what they are doing ...
