Images or text collapsing after deployment on server

Dear Sir,

I developed a project and it was working fine even after deployment it was working fine but suddenly it is showing collapse and along with it cross sign in tree view.
while i have checked in all content page for the same issue.

Pls help me out.

Thanks for reply..

In my case i used tree view in a intranet project and suddenly before the text(which i want to be shown in tree view like home,product etc),in a square there is red coloured cross and after that collapse is shown and then the text which has been written by me is shown.
