How do I set compiler options -fobjc-arc in the VS 2017 IDE?

What I have tried:

Internet research. This seems like it should be a simple thing just to set a couple of compiler options (a total of 10 characters) some place in the IDE. Yet, researching it yields convoluted discussions of CMAKE and other such things that will take 2 days to figure out instead of the 2 seconds it should take to add the 2 compiler options.

C#? Are you sure? Or even C++? All VS compiler/linker options are start with a '/' (slash)...

Thank you Griff! That is exactly what I needed. The solution is in the comments, the mtouch arguments on the iOS Build tab.
