resubmission of page on page refresh in asp.net

In my asp.net (C#) project after the click of submit button when i refresh the same page, the previous data would resubmitting again. How can avoid these f***ing resubmission from my project ? pls help meeeeeeeee iam sitting on a volcano nowwww
