Progress bar in asp.net

Hello all

i am uploading millions of records from excel to sql using asp.net code.
it will take some time.
Now i have show the progress bar for that.

can anyone please suggest me how to do that.

You need google but i personally recomment following link from codeproject,
ASP.NET ProgressBar Control[^]
then if you have any difficulties to implement the progress bar then tell us
