Hmmmm, does the fact that your question starts with a number indicate that it is homework? If so it would be more useful to you to investigate the question yourself and find the answer that way, you will learn far more. Just my suggestion. Ali :)

Since we cannot see the complete test you are taking with all the supporting information and prerequisites all I can say is this: Foreign key constraints and Check Constraints can be disabled or enabled. So it all depends how the data loading is being done. While insertion is faster when FK and check constraints are disabled, it might be impossible to reenable them if the data is corrupted i.e. there are violations in the FK and check constraints.
