Using LibVlc.dll in C#

Hi .I was trying to use VideoLAN libraries in C#, but it can not be added by using Add Reference opition .So I try to find a code that allowed me to do so ,and i find out that many people have used a LubVlc.cs to do that . Is there anyone still having this file can share it for me please ?
