I wanna hibernate the OS with visual C++ 2010, how I do this?

This detail in the remarks should be noted too:

The calling process must have the SE_SHUTDOWN_NAME privilege. To enable the SE_SHUTDOWN_NAME privilege, use the AdjustTokenPrivileges function.

We all need your hibernation, at least for a while. Even the Q&A antitrust suggested it. :-D
