How can I search for a particular word in any document? That word will be typed by the user in a textbox. How can I get that document using the search word?

No idea on what you are talking of:
using ASP.NET for searching keywords in documents? doesn't make sense.

If it is the *task* you specified you need to complete and not some UI you could install cygwin and use grep
