Clarify your question:
The web page you are redirecting us is big... we are only guessing here... You should improve the way you ask in order to get a better (or even useful) answer. Explain us your needs properly and someone here will help you.

You are saying about certificate http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2690082/open-certificate-information-from-web-browser-control
Dear Friend
Most of the portion that contain image and text is a single image file
Most of the websites are designed like that only.
If you are looking for somthing else then please be specific (Which part in the website )
Regards

Ok, Thanks for that link..
how to create that using vb.net and display near to the icon in url.
and in onlinesbi site, how they expanded the space given for icon.
www.onlinesbi.com is an https (secure) site. Do you mean you want the padlock displayed with the name of the organisation and a green background to show users this is a secure site? If so, you need a suitable SSL certificate (probably a costlier EV, extended validation, certificate to get the green background and the extra identification text) installed on the web server and use HTTPS/SSL rather than just plain HTTP. How that security box gets displayed is down to the browser as it is designed to inform the user about the status of the site. I'd doubt that you can directly control it from server (or client) side code in any way.

If that isn't what you mean, can you be more specific about what you are after.

See http://lmgtfy.com/?q=ssl+ev+certificate

Or go to whoever you use for web hosting.

Check EXACTLY what type of certificate you're being offered, EXACTLY what it will deliver, what conditions / requirements the issuer imposes, what it will cost you and what your web hosting service needs to install it (i.e. will / can they accept what you are being sold).

And be ready with your credit card.
