How do I do a magnifying glass/loop in opengl

Hi,

I am strugeling to find a code for magnifying glass/loop in opengl. (Like the one for Windows)

Does anybody have any idees how this can be done?

Thank you very much in advanced.

What I have tried:

I have the image right in OpenGL I just need the magnifying loop to appear.
