Solution 1

Well, what kind of a report do you want to create? Where is the data coming. There are many ways of doing it.

Visual Studio comes with Crystal Reports (at least some versions do). Here is Tutorials and Sample Code[^] from MSDN

Solution 2

I have used DaReport[^] in projects before and it is a very good tool for simple reports.
It comes with a report designer.
For complex thingies, use crystal reports as in Answer 1
