How to open a PHP file( which is saved into wamp server localhost)into HTML page

Hello i have 1 php file saved into wamp server localhost.Into that file i fill a mysql server table with database. When i open it through wamp server localhost it opens perfect. How can i open it through html page too?

What I have tried:

I have tried save a file into localhost named .htaccess with some code inside and open the php file through html but didnt work too..

Not clear. There is no such thing as "open PHP file", unless you simply edit it. This is not how PHP or other server-side technology work. A PHP file can be the URL, exactly as any other. Is that your concern?
