How to decrypt hased password to get password in c# asp.net

I want to get the current password that is saved in the databse so that i should restrict user of changing password

What I have tried:

Membership.getpassword() is throwing exception retrival password is false and when i changed it to true the password ="hased" and i want it to be hased

Solution 1

A hash is NOT reversible else it defeats the purpose.
