multiple files uploading using Jquery (problem with 'No file chosen' text)

I implemented the multiple file uploading from this site, but the problem is I want to remove 'No file chosen' text.

please let me know, how can i remove the text

can u plz debug the code by putting a code as shown in the link

or use developers tool provided by ie and find the properties which show this text
