I have server where I have precompiled folder for the application.
I cleared the cache on the browser and url doesn't open.
Could someone please tell me the troubleshooting tips?

What I have tried:

I have tried to view the error in server eventviewer but nothing shows up

I have connection bcoz it works locally. and also on server. but if I clear the cache and click on url it doesn't show up

It just keep spinning and ends up showing "Google Chrome could not load the webpage because 192.1**.*.* took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection."

I just cleared my browser's cache and entered the URL and checked and it wont' work

Things to verify:
1. Open IIS on the server, find the default page, right-click and choose browse. This will open the site in the browser on the server. And from what you said, that works.
2. Open a command prompt and type ipconfig on the server to get the IP address of the server.
3. Then replace either "localhost" or the server name in the url from step 1 with the IP address from step 2 and try in a browser on your machine.

try to access the same page from the server, and check are you able to access the same.
1) recycle application pool in Iis
1) reset Iis and check
