How to capture screenshots from PC for the connected Windows mobile device

I am looking for a way where programatically we can take the screenshot of the connected windows mobile device. If there exist any application which would take the screenshot of the device and store it to desired location over PC it would be great. Desktop version of project my screen don't let us to define a place to store images, although it has a feature to save a video recording but this recording is only available after the app is stopped.

You need a development time tool? What kind of "connection" are refering to?

I want to take screenshot of connected windows phone(Connected to PC via USB cable) with 3-4 frames perSec. and have them on pc's local disk. If there is any application or command line utility which can be called in a loop n is capable of transferring screen captured to pc that would be great.
