Printed form, or on-screen type of form?

OK - currently your data in the data grid is there by Data Bindiing - this type of binding can also be done for all other windows controls (text boxes, list etc.) .. see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/c8aebh9k(v=vs.100).aspx for example.

how about binding it to a listview with the equal of Columns? how can i do that?

(sorry if it got very far away from the one you answered).

Create a separate form with header labels, footer labels and non editable, non-selectable grid in the middle, format it as you need (maybe logo, white background etc). Open it as a dialog over your calling form and you're done.

It is simple. You already have a form where you're showing grid data. And need something along the lines of print preview. So, create the form similar to the existing one (with all the same data) just make the controls read-only (labels) and format the form (background color etc) as you need.

i tried using the list view, but i don't know how to put a whole row from the datagrid to it.(I mean the same number of columns from the datagridview to the listview).
