Can we dynamically remove a slide from Carousel in MVC through JQuery?

Hi All,
I am new to JQuery and Bootstrap.JS
I want to know that,using JQuery, I want to delete/remove a specific slide above and render the next slide as 'active'; how can I achieve that?
