Cant connect remote desktop proxmox

Hi,

few days ago i buy from online.net a dedi server and i install proxmox kvm on it. i create Windows Server 2012 VM on it and made all settings for remote desktop to be avalible. but when i try to connect to the server from remote location the connection is unsucceffull with message:
Remote Desktop cant connect to the remote computer for one of the reasons...

does anyone know if i need to setup something on the proxmox?

P.S. i have internet on the VM

i can ask anywhere i want since there is category server-2012 i can ask about it.

No you can't ! Because this QA place is about programming.
If you found a category about server 2012, this is the place you have to ask your question, not here.

For your error message, the most interesting part is the one you didn't provide.

If you read again your question, it is about proxmox

maybe you need to read my question few more times to understand it. Its my choice and i will ask anywhere i want.... if that bothers you i cant help you there ;)
