encoding password control

Hi,
I am doing password algorithm. I have two screen. user and admin. Admin is doing encode password. user is doing decode password. I want to control.Encoding password is writing hand.If encoding password is written wrong, encoding password is error. encoding password is true user is login

Solution 1

Don't use encode/decode for passwords, use a hash algorithm. Google will find you many samples of how to do it correctly.
