How Can I Rectify That 24Format Bpp Error?

I used the code here Creating a 3D Image from a DepthMap in codeproject ... i can able to convert the normal image only .. Once i capture video into images and i try to convert it throws an error 24formatbit bpp error...
How to reftify that?
And one more thing provide any code that matches like #d images i surf lot bt i cannot understand that...
