1. How Bootstrap, HTML5, AngularJS, AJAX differ.?.
2. Are all these front end development technologies?
3. Which one is most suited with ASP.Net MVC to develop a web based POS System?
4. Can we develop a web based POS System with WordPress?

1 google each one to understand what they do
2 yes
3 neither of them, I wouldn't do a POS system using a web front end. If you wanted to, however, then you could use all or none
4 There might be a plug-in for this, but probably not.

"It depends". There is rarely a "best" way to do anything, it all comes down to what your system needs to do, what is important, and what you're familiar with.
