Hei,

I have the thing you need.

It's fresh out of the oven(last part is 5 days old). It covers all the aspects you need. It's a step-by-step and easy to follow guide with authors ready to answer all your questions!

Enjoy! Learn MVC Project in 7 days – Day 1[^]

You need Windows and Visual Studio. I'm not sure you learned all what should be important as prerequisites, but you need to make sure you are comfortable with many things: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, understanding HTTP and how Web works, .NET, some .NET languages, general programming and understanding of programming. Also you need to understand major architectural patterns, MVC, but not only. If something is missing, you should be asking other questions and learn it all.

And then, you can start with the topic:

http://www.asp.net/mvc[^].
