When I tired To Start the Reporting services of Sql server .I Got this error.

computer 'AJIT-PC'. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Access is denied

I would recommend re-running the Reporting Services Configuration Manager to ensure everything is fine. You can find this under Start->SQL Server 2008->Configuration Tools.

Going through that wizard and validating everything first ensures most of the obvious things are resolved. The 2nd thing would be to understand what account you have that running under? This account may need system resources and if is a restricted account, it could stop the service from successfully being able to start.
