installing and upgrading vmware tools

Need help in this.

Looking for a script/application which will do the task of installing and upgrading vmware tools in c#.

Please help me regarding this.
if you have reference in any other language like powershell/vbscript also will be fine.

Please need help.

Thanks for your reply. But what i am looking for is installing/upgrading the VM tools using any scripts.

Then you need to read the documentation for the tools in order to find out what the process is to install them. Once you understand that, including all the required commands, you can write the program to do it.

Actually i don't have idea so that's why if u can share some sample reference so it will be easy for me to start.

I already did. Follow the link I gave you and start reading. Don't assume that just because you want to do something that we can find sample code for you. Remember, someone always has to make the first cut of any program; and that someone may just be you.
