Respected Sir/Madam i am doing a research work on topic NON NEGATIVE MATRIX FACTORIZATION FOR BRAIN TUMOR CLASSIFICATION and completed upto the feature extraction of tumor images by GLCM techniques but not able to carry out the work in tumor classification by SVM classifier and require your help in coding in MATLAB software

Look at the Matlab SVM tutorials, and examples. Hopefully they have examples from the healthcare domain. Since you mention you are a research student, (the easy part of) your research will involve understanding these examples, and applying it on your features.

Sir my tumor images include astrocytoma,gliboblastroma multiforme,medulloblastroma,meninigioma,metastatis these five tumor. ihave extracted the features of all the tumor 3 3 images and does need your help in classifying them into benign or malignent either in GUI or matlab
